Zeitwerk (2022) is a luxury watch from A. Lange & Söhne.
Presented in October 1922, it succeeds the first Zeitwerk presented in spring 2009. It is equipped with the further developed manual winding manufacture movement caliber L043.6.
Like its predecessor, the watch features the unusual combination of an exact jumping numerical display of the hour and minute, and offers a novel yet very clear dial design that, together with the power reserve and small seconds, is arranged in a calm quadruplet, giving the watch a very unique feel.
Thanks to the upgraded L043.6 caliber, the timepiece has a power reserve doubled to 72 hours and offers even more ease of use with the pusher at 4 o'clock, which is used to easily correct the hour indication. As with the previous model, the winding crown is placed at the top right.
There are two versions: in red gold with a black dial and a time bridge in natural nickel silver, and in platinum with a rhodié dial in solid silver, the time bridge is rhodium-plated in black.
