Antoine Norbert Count de Patek (1812-1877)
Antoine Norbert de Patek Prawdzic was born in 1812. As a Polish cavalryman he fled 1832 over France to Geneva. On May 1, 1839, he founded together with his compatriot Francois Czapek the watch manufacture Patek, Czapek & Co., which later became the renowned watch manufacturer Patek Philippe. 1843, he received the civil rights of Geneva.
Antoine Norbert de Patek Prawdzic died 1877.
