**Beat Haldimann** is a Swiss watchmaker and watch manufacturer.

Master watchmaker Beat Haldimann was awarded the [[Prix Gaïa]] prize by the International Watch Museum in [[La Chaux-de-Fonds]] for his life's work and genius in [[2009]] at the age of just 45. He developed numerous prototypes and patents and is a member of the //Académie Horlogère des Créateurs Indépendants// ([[AHCI]]).

In his workshop in Thun, he produces his own models, in particular with [[flying tourbillon]] and double tourbillon. He takes the idea of [[manufacture]] to the extreme, designing and producing his creations exclusively with traditional, classic watchmaking tools and without any modern electronics.
