Luxury watch by A. Lange & Söhne

The successful brand re-launch with the Lange 1

This is the classic of A. Lange & Söhne, which at the new beginning of the brand in 1994 caused great excitement both among experts in the industry as well as among the enthusiastic audience. The watch has been awarded more prizes than any other in this period, including Watch of the Year 1995 and 1997.

Characteristic for the Lange 1 is the design of the solid silver dial with asymmetrical display arrangement. The useful, novel and patented big date display (which then became a new trend) improves the readability of the date by about threefold when compared to conventional timepieces.

The watch is equipped with the manual winding manufacture movement Lange L901.0, hacking seconds, power reserve indicator (called "UP and DOWN display" at Lange) and big date. The dial is in solid silver; the hands are in gold. The watch is available in numerous case and dial variants, with crocodile leather or metal bracelet.
