**Carrera 1887 Chronograph** is a wristwatch by [[TAG Heuer]].

With this [[chronograph]], presented on the [[Baselworld]] [[2010]], TAG Heuer equipped the model of success [[Carrera]] for the first time with the in-house manufactured [[self-winding]] movement [[TAG Heuer Calibre 1887|Calibre 1887]], and in the latest generation. This allows you to start the chronograph functions in two thousandths of a second.

The chronograph functions are displayed on two separate [[totaliser]]s hours at 6 h and minutes at 12 h, both with own dials.

  The stainless steel casing measures 41 mm in diameter and is [[waterproof]] up to 10 atm.

In the fall of [[2010]] this model was awarded the coveted [[Geneva Watchmaking Grand Prix]] ("La Petite Aiguille" or "Little Hand" as the best watch in the class under 5,000 Swiss Francs).

In the meantime, several modifications have been carried out at the watch (see below and section Weblink) on design.

[[TAG Heuer]] won the "Petite Aiguille" Prize at the [[Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève]] for the Carrera Calibre 1887 Chronographe in November, [[2010]].
