**Gérald Genta** is an [[eponymous]] Swiss luxury watch brand founded by [[Genta, Gérald]] but now part of [[LVMH]]'s [[Bulgari]].

===== Overview =====
In [[1969]], famous watch designer [[Genta, Gérald Charles|Gérald Genta]] founded his own brand while continuing to work with other companies. In [[1998]], he sold it to [[The Hour Glass]] of Singapore, which shortly afterwards resold it to the [[Bulgari]] group. The Gérald Genta brand was merged with [[Daniel Roth]], also from [[Le Sentier]] in the [[Vallée de Joux]], in [[2000]] and is now used as a model line under the Bulgari brand inside [[LVMH]].
