**Extreme Tourbillon Regulator Manufacture** is a wristwatch by [[Alpina]].

At the [[BaselWorld]] [[2009]] the company, after three years of research, issued its [[manufacture]] calibre [[AL-950]] in an elaborate [[tourbillon]] version as calibre [[Alpina AL-980|AL-980]]. The movement, consisting of 188 components, is characterized by a [[silicon]] [[escapement wheel]] and by a further technological innovation of Alpina the [[lever]] is also manufactured from [[silicon]].

The series is limited to only 18 numbered pieces.
